The Le Body Shop Group Circuits will bump up your cardio, strength, and endurance. Performing exercises in a circuit keeps your heart pumping and prevents boredom. Circuit workouts use all sorts of equipment, such as dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, stepper, bosu’s, ropes and medicine balls. Coaches will help you get out of your comfort zone, so that your body has to burn more calories to get back into balance after the workout. This means you’ll get a greater after burn, meaning you’ll burn extra calories even if you’re just sitting at your desk after your workout. They offer clients a wealth of knowledge and experience obtained through formal education, certification programs, and practical applications.
